【April Admission 2025】Dispatch of Enrollment Steps (except for February exams)
About an Automatic Translation System

Enrollment Step I-(2) and Enrollment Step II documents have been sent*.
After receiving the documents, please complete the Enrollment Steps according to the instructions in the enclosed documents within the following time frame.

February 17, 2025 (Monday) - March 17, 2025 (Monday)
If Enrollment Step documents are not received after Wednesday, February 12, 2025 or,
If your address changes after acceptance, be sure to notify the Graduate School Admissions Division.
Kansai University will not be responsible for any documents that do not arrive or are delayed due to lack of communication.
Please note that if you do not complete the Enrollment Steps by the designated date based on the Enrollment Step documents, you will not be admitted.
For those who wish to ship outside Japan, we ship by international courier service (DHL).
International courier (DHL) waybill numbers are available from DHL Customer Service at support@dhl.com
