Enrollment Steps for the Fall semester of the 2025 academic year have been sent out.
Enrollment Step (II) for Fall Enrollment 2025 has been sent out*.
After receiving the documents, please complete the Enrollment Steps according to the instructions in the enclosed documents within the following time frame.

Thursday, August 21 - Thursday, September 4, 2025
If you have not received your Enrollment Steps after Thursday, August 21, or if your address has changed since your acceptance, please be sure to contact the Graduate School Admissions Division.
Kansai University will not be held responsible for any documents that do not arrive or Enrollment Steps that are delayed due to lack of communication.
Please note that if you do not complete the Enrollment Steps by the designated date based on the Enrollment Step documents, you will not be admitted.
However, Kansai University Graduate Schools is closed on Sundays, national holidays, and Saturdays between August 1 (Fri.) and September 20 (Sat.).
In addition, no operations will be conducted from August 11 (Mon., national holiday) to August 20 (Wed.) due to the simultaneous closure period.
Please be advised that Inquiries sent by e-mail during this period will be answered on or after August 21 (Thu.).
For those who wish to ship outside Japan, we ship by international courier service (DHL).
Please confirm the waybill number of the international courier service (DHL), which will be sent to you by e-mail from DHL Customer Service (support@dhl.com).
