Reasonable Accommodations for Entrance Exams and Academic Study
Reasonable Accommodations for Entrance Exams and Academic Study
About Exam Accommodations / Academic Accommodations
Kansai University Graduate Schools provides, to the extent possible, appropriate accommodations during entrance examinations and after enrollment for applicants who require support due to illness, injury, or disability.
If you require accommodations, please apply with attention to the following points.
-
Please apply at least one month before the application start date of the relevant examination period.
If no request is made at least one month before the application start date, or if no prior consultation has taken place, accommodations may not be possible.
In the event of an accident, injury, or sudden illness after submitting your application, please notify us as soon as possible even if the application deadline has passed. -
If Kansai University Graduate Schools consider it necessary, a prior interview or meeting will be arranged.
-
The application documents and the content of any interview are solely for the purpose of confirming the accommodations required for entrance examinations and academic study, and have absolutely no bearing on admission decisions.
-
Depending on the application, it may not be possible to fulfill all requested accommodations.
-
In principle, please complete the graduate school application process after the accommodations have been determined.
-
Even if only academic accommodations are needed, please apply at least one month before the application start date. If academic accommodations are requested after passing the entrance exam, they may not be fulfilled.
